When you enroll in a course on DigitalSkillsProgram.pk, the following terms apply:

• Access Duration: Enrollment grants you access to course content for the specified period (lifetime access, 6 months, or as stated on the course page).
• Non-Transferable: Your enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your access to any third party.
• Content Updates: We strive to keep courses up-to-date. Enrolled students benefit from free content updates during their access period.
• Certificates: Completion certificates are issued based on satisfactory completion of all required modules and assessments.
• Availability: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses. We will provide reasonable notice before removing a course you've enrolled in.
• Prerequisites: Some courses may require prior knowledge or completion of prerequisite courses. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before enrolling.

All payment transactions on DigitalSkillsProgram.pk are processed securely. The following terms apply to all purchases made on our Platform:

• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other available gateways.
• Price Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes (including GST where required) will be added to your total at checkout.
• Invoices: A digital invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
• Subscription Plans: If you subscribe to a recurring plan, billing will occur automatically on your renewal date. You may cancel anytime before renewal.
• Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, access to premium content may be suspended until payment is resolved.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• 7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain items including live workshops, mentorship sessions, certificate programs, and promotional/discounted purchases may not be eligible for refunds.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All content, materials, and resources available on DigitalSkillsProgram.pk are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The following are exclusively owned by or licensed to DigitalSkillsProgram.pk:

• Course videos, audio recordings, transcripts, and supplementary materials
• Written content, articles, guides, and ebooks
• Platform software, code, algorithms, and databases
• Logos, brand identity, design elements, and visual content
• Quizzes, assessments, certificates, and evaluation frameworks
• All compilations, arrangements, and derivative works

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the active enrollment period.

To maintain a safe, professional, and productive learning environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited on DigitalSkillsProgram.pk:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract Platform data without permission
• Circumventing DRM (Digital Rights Management) or other content protection measures
• Sharing, selling, or distributing login credentials to unauthorized users
• Posting spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content in community areas
• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or staff
• Impersonating instructors, staff, or other users
• Using our platform to conduct phishing, scams, or other fraudulent activities
• Creating fake reviews, ratings, or manipulating platform metrics
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure

Our Platform may allow users to post reviews, comments, questions, discussion posts, assignments, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting any User Content, you agree to the following:

• You retain ownership of your original content, but grant DigitalSkillsProgram.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for platform purposes.
• Your content must be accurate, respectful, and must not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• You must not post content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or promotes illegal activities.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content at our discretion without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks without valid reason
• Harassment of other users, instructors, or platform staff
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Inactivity for an extended period (subject to our account policy)

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DigitalSkillsProgram.pk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Dispute Resolution: Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Pakistan Arbitration Act, before resorting to court proceedings.
