Special terms apply to digital content, downloadable resources, and live/scheduled courses.
Digital Products Policy
Downloadable resources, e-books, templates, toolkits, and other digital files are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as the content is immediately delivered and consumed. Please review all product details before purchasing.
Course Cancellation Terms
If DigitalSkillsProgram.pk cancels a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days. If a live session is rescheduled, you may opt for a refund or credit transfer to another available batch.
Subscription & Membership Refunds
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds are only issued for the unused portion within the first 5 days of a new billing cycle. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the billing date if less than 10% of content is accessed.
Duplicate Payment Refunds
If you've been charged twice for the same product or service, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at info@DigitalSkillsProgram.pk with your payment receipt and we will process the duplicate refund within 3–5 business days.
Technical Issue Resolution
If you experience technical problems such as inability to access your enrolled course, broken video content, or platform errors that prevent learning, our technical support team will first attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If unresolved, a refund will be initiated.
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We actively monitor refund patterns. Any user found abusing the refund system — such as enrolling, downloading content, and requesting refunds repeatedly — will be permanently banned from the platform, and legal action may be pursued if warranted.

DigitalSkillsProgram.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
This policy is governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Can I get a refund if I've already watched some course videos?
If you've consumed less than 20% of the course content, you may still be eligible for a refund. However, if you've completed more than 20% or downloaded course materials, your request may be declined. We recommend sampling the free preview content before purchasing.
